Limited Warranty

All products carry a warranty against any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 Days from the date of purchase. Warranty is limited to the replacement of parts found to be defective by Stinger Fiberglass Designs, Inc. Authorization of Repair or Replacement shall be made at the discretion of Stinger Fiberglass Designs, Inc.

This warranty excludes any and all labor, paint, installation and any other charges. All products must be pre-fitted before painting. Absolutely no painted parts will be accepted for return based on a “does not fit” claim. This warranty also excludes any defects caused by abuse, neglect, damage in transit, off highway use, accident, altered parts, or parts that have been installed incorrectly. Alteration voids all warranty.

Fiberglass Parts may arrive with scratches, dings, small dents and other minor imperfections which are considered normal characteristics due to the nature of the product. These imperfections will be easily corrected during the filling, priming and sanding phase of installation. Stinger Fiberglass or its subsidiaries does not consider dings, scratches, minor dents or other imperfections on fiberglass to be defects in the part nor are they considered damage. All fiberglass parts require some sort of preparation and manipulation during installation. Stinger Fiberglass properly inspects all shipments before leaving our facility. Stinger Fiberglass always recommends professional installation of our products. Buyer assumes risk of damage caused by improper installation.

Your use of this site is your agreement to all terms, conditions, laws and notices contained within this site. Use this site at your own risk. We do not guarantee this site to work error free. We do not guarantee that this site and it’s servers are free of viruses or other harmful materials. We are not responsible if your use of this sites causes servicing needs, equipment replacement or loss of information. This site to be used on a “as is basis”.

Venue and Governing Laws

Venue for all disputes arising under this agreement shall be dealt with exclusively in the Courts of the State of Florida, Brevard County, or the Federal Courts of the State of Florida (as permitted by law). All parties agree not to contest the jurisdiction of these courts.

Stinger Fiberglass Designs, Inc. reserves the right, at our discretion, to make any changes deemed necessary to products, literature or pricing without incurring any liability or obligation to our customers.
