QUESTION:  How long does it take to ship my part?

Shipping times vary depending on location. Please contact us for a shipping quote. We use very reputable LTL freight companies along with UPS, FedEx and USPS for our smaller parts. Shipping information is sent to you the day your part ships so you may track it to your shipping destination.

QUESTION:  Where do I need to have my part shipped to?

You can pickup your order at our facility in Florida.  If that’s too far, a business address  is preferred.

Freight companies charge an $50-$100 fee for residential properties.  This will be added to your freight cost.  Smaller parts are charged only a small % more for residential delivery.

It is important to inspect your item at the time of delivery.  Please check your tracking information to help with this.

Orders Outside the 48 States

We are no longer shipping outside of the US 48 contiguous states.    Many of our customer’s use US freight forwarding companies to ship their fiberglass parts.  They can be found online.

If you need assistance or a shipping quote, please email us with your part # and shipping address.

QUESTION:  How can I save money on shipping?

When you ship to a place of business (must be a business/commercially zoned address), you will save an average of $50-$100 on your shipping costs. It does not have to be a automotive business, any kind of business will do, for example…a body shop, parts store, etc. You can also pick up your order at the freight terminal. This qualifies for the business delivery discount. Freight companies charge extra for certain services such as schools, secured locations, inside delivery, use of the lift gate(not required for our products), etc. Please keep this in mind when choosing your delivery address.

QUESTION:  What type of finish will my part have?

The gray gel coat finish is perfect to sand, seal and paint which means less prep time. But please remember: Fiberglass Parts may arrive with scratches, dings, small dents, and other minor imperfections which are considered normal characteristics due to the nature of the product. These imperfections will be easily corrected during the filling, priming, and sanding phase of installation. Stinger Fiberglass or its subsidiaries does not consider dings, scratches, minor dents, or other imperfections on fiberglass to be defects in the part nor are they considered damage. All fiberglass parts require some sort of preparation and manipulation during installation. Stinger Fiberglass properly inspects all shipments before leaving our facility. Stinger Fiberglass always recommends professional installation of our products. Buyer assumes risk of damage caused by improper installation.
